The solar panels are working well and Claybrook continue to improve the properties at Strode Business Centre and Retail Park, Plympton and Honiton Retail Park. We are also now delighted to say that we have agreed a new letting of Unit 8 Strode Business Centre. Further details to follow shortly.

We are also able to confirm that Unit 7b Strode Business Centre is now available. The unit is an excellent storage unit of c 8,400 sq ft and is available immediately.
