The leaves are falling as Autumn approaches but Claybrook continues to improve the sites at Strode Business Centre, Plympton, and Honiton Retail Park.

Major landscaping works are being carried out at Strode to improve the visibility of the site from the ever busy Strode Road. Similar works have also been undertaken at Honiton (see photo) as well as various site cleaning works.

Unit 5 Strode Business Centre is still available but we are hopeful that a quality new tenant will take occupation in the coming weeks.
